This week we welcome Charmaine Collins of Mask Off Guelph and the "How are you really" movement. You may have seen some people in your community wearing clothing with the words "How are you really" or maybe you've seen your friend posting about their new clothing. It's not a mistake and is definitely taking off as Mask Off Guelph looks to continue their fight in raising money and awareness for mental health. Charmaine and I have a great conversation about what Mask Off Guelph has been accomplishing with this new initiative and of course we talk about the journey of Mental Health!
