Before that, he held a variety of roles across services, sales, and operations driving business growth to $1B in annual revenue at enterprise companies such as VERITAS / Symantec, VMware, and Riverbed. Harding will lead all business operations at People.ai.

Art is a versatile business leader with global experience leading sales, services, and operations teams through the challenges of scale and strategic change. Art has experience and comfort operating across infrastructure and application technology companies.

Responsibilities and experience including P&L responsibility for global teams and international operations. Art is a regular speaker and evangelist at customer and corporate public speaking events and experience with organizational re-design and KPI based performance improvements with a focus on sales and customer success services.
