Zig Ziglar, an American author and a motivational speaker, once said, “Your attitude, and not your aptitude, will determine your altitude,” which throws light on the importance of having the right attitude towards life.    A familiar proverb since early 1800th century says, "Where there is a will, there is a way." It is true that if we have the necessary skills but lack the positive attitude in life, we will not go far.    Attitude refers to our thinking and our outlook towards life. Some people are pessimistic and when they fail at tasks, they lose hope and give up, whereas others are optimistic, and even when there are obstacles and challenges in life, they do not give up easily.    To succeed in life, we need to be determined to reach our goals, despite the setbacks we may face along the way.   Skills and knowledge are important no doubt, but they can be acquired with time; however, attitude is something that is inherent in an individual and it is comparatively difficult to change with time.
