When we are young, we look beautiful with the tender skin and a strong energetic and healthy body.

It is good to do physical exercise. But, as the years go by, inspite of the best excercise we do, and best diet we take to keep ourselves fit and healthy, our body sags, it expands, it wrinkles, joints get creaky, back bends permanently.

When we have Christ within and His divine Word in us, we can enjoy fullness of joy and satisfaction in life at all times. And godliness profits for now and life which is to come.
