Lying is done to protect our egos from the truth, but if we live our lives lying about our realities we are not growing at all. 

In this episode, I get brutally honest about how I used to lie to my friends and loved ones about my life because I was not proud of the truth, and it never got me anywhere. Now I live my life as true as possible because I am living the way I want!
