We have come a long way when it comes to how we look at mental health as a society, but we still have such a long way to go. 

In this episode, I discuss the inspiration I drew from Vegas Golden Knight's goaltender Robin Lehner, and his epic episode on Spittin' Chiclets. Lehner made me realize that people with mental health issues are still at a disadvantage in our society.
