For this special Mother’s Day episode, I speak to Amie Baker who is the NSW chair of Association of Financial Advisers Inspire group. Amie is the director of Rekab advice, a certified money Mindset Coach and podcast host of Censibility. In this episode we look at how our childhood experiences, shape how we view money and self-worth as adults.

Amie unpeels while it can be hard for women to negotiate for things like equal pay or more flexible work arrangements. She highlights some aspects of a mother’s money mindset. The message for women and parents, is to be kinder to themselves and take the time to note the things you are grateful for each day.
