We need to start celebrating the small wins. In business and in life we can become so obsessed with the end result that we end up hating the process all together. The start of a new project is so exciting and the ending is something to celebrate, but what if I told you the middle can be just as beautiful as the end result? Slow down and appreciate the process of becoming.
