This week we discuss the events leading up to Sherman Sizemore Jr.'s suicide in February 2006. After Sherman undergoes an exploratory laparotomy on January 19, 2006, his family notices he's not the same afterward: he's afraid to be alone, cannot sleep, and has an intense fear of being buried alive. However, the family soon realizes exactly what went happened in the operating room that day...the anesthesiologist forgot to give Sherman anesthesia.
