How do we see light? Where does it come from? How do we feel light? How do we become light?

On today’s show we approach the theme of Light from many angles. Our staff scientist Mina Lebitz will give us an overview of the physical nature of light, how our bodies perceive it and how it may fit in the scheme of our universe.

Astrophysicist Dr. William Hassan Gebel will walk us through a mystical and spiritual approach to light. We also hear the mystical definitions of light.

Wendy expands on the theme by interviewing Dawn Ladd a lighting professional and founder of Aurora Lightworks.

We will learn about 13th century Philosopher/Satirist Nasreddin and his take on light and Wendy will introduce us to Pir Vilayat Khan’s book Light and Ecstasy: The Grand Illumination.

Alice Wyatt asks us “What is robing us of our joy?” in her segment If not now, when?

In closing we hear from the Innernaut on getting lost in the archetype of Pure Mind, Pure Light.
