Key attributes of successful coaches:
Specificity of having clear goals and being able to articulate them (to yourself, to peers, to your clients)
Building relationships; being likeable, friendly, approachable, putting the effort into making connections and building relationships overtime
Knowing how important CPD and self development is, maturity to admit mistakes and allowing your beliefs/thoughts to change
Don't be a martyr, it isn't a sign of weakness to ask for help
