This is where we are receiving and transmitting the SOS from the Universal Heartbeat- ONELOVE, One Frequency, our natural state of being and using our own authentic voice to give it the mic! Your Love IS my LOVE. This is where the dancer and the dance become ONE!

It's in this space of BEing we all BElong, right here, not there- not on some other station that is anything less than whole on one. And the more we are in awareness and appreciation of this natural state of being, the more it keeps giving!

Today I am inviting so much play in to do a mic check on our hearts.

Check baby check baby 1,2-- let's let Rx xoxo in N' full EFFECT. This is where LOVEHANDLES. Because LOVE is meant to be felt, seen, experienced and lived- not something to be bottled up and saved and wasted. And it's a reflection from inside out.

This is where the grass is greener (in our heart), where insights and inspiration and visions come into being! This is where the 'magic' happens.

And when we are dialed into this frequency, this vibration we HEAR the music- it sounds 'better' because we FEEL it.

When there's nowhere and no one else...there's this moment, connected to the beat, to feel it, be it and release everything else that is resisting the direct connection. To live with an ability to love like we never thought was possible IS the greatest fertilizer to a life in alignment with our most authentic expression.

Then we let #IceCube and a little RexNEffect remind us to check oursleves!

Now let's get this 'so so' living to ESO ES!
