Today, after 100 consecutive weeks together, I want to thank you for your unconditional love and support.

Also, I want to share some important news.

I decided to do some deep reflecting on who I am, what I bring, and who I serve, and to do that, I need to remove the pressure of producing a weekly output, at least for some time.So I'll put the podcast on a halt for a while, and I'll be showing up less often on social media.

I'll be back fully energised to serve you powerfully and profoundly when the time is right.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining me.

You don't need to have a sexual issue to learn and practice sexual alchemy. In today's episode, I invite you to explore the possibilities that working with a sexual alchemist can provide.

I talk about what's beyond my healing work, the deeper connection you can create with your sensual, sexual self, and the multiple benefits of nurturing that bond. You'll learn what it is like to let yourself go into the realm of sexual alchemy, and how it can change your relationship with sex and your sexual life.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What sexual alchemy is all about and how it can serve you
  • What changes you can expect from practising sexual alchemy
  • The role of a sexual alchemist, and how they can help you connect with your sexual self
  • What it means to "do the sexual alchemy work"
  • Why sexual alchemy work is considered a partnership

Sexual alchemy work is not just about sexual healing, nor is it something personal. It is not between a healer and a wounded; it is much bigger than that. It is about evolving consciousness; it is about being at the service of something higher than any individual. It is a sacred collaboration to bring particular energies and frequencies to the present moment and nurture our sexual selves with them.

Do you struggle with being intimate and feeling sensual during the holidays?

In today's episode, I'm talking about cultivating intimacy during the holidays, a time of the year that can be quite triggering for many people. I'll share practical and easy-to-access options for cultivating intimacy, sensuality, and connection at this particularly triggering time of the year. You'll also learn how to set the foundations for developing intimacy by increasing and improving your self-care routine.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why holidays are a challenging time to be intimate and sensual

  • The importance of self-care before creating intimacy

  • Why nurturing yourself and your desires is so crucial before being intimate and sensual with others

  • How to cultivate intimacy by enjoying your food

  • How using the sounds around you will help you be more intimate

Being intimate and sensual with others is impossible unless you take care of yourself first. Practising self-care, having proper rest, exercising regularly, and being mindful of what you eat and drink are some of the most basic yet effective and powerful things you can do for yourself. Remember, you can't pour anything on others if you are dry and depleted.

Why can't we see the sacredness in the mundane and vice versa?

This week's episode is about the gap people see between sacred and mundane, erotism and routine, sexy time and daily chores. I invite you to look at everyday things from a different angle and mush them with the sacred to reach a deeper level of connection with yourself and your partner.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The paradox of reconciling the domestic and the erotic

  • Why it’s important to realise that the intimate takes practice

  • How to see the mundane and the sacred as one thing

  • How feeling safe can encourage you to allow your passionate self to blossom

When you focus on being present with your partner, regardless of whether you've been together for two or thirty years, a domestic chore, a romantic dinner at a restaurant, or the sweetest love-making session can be an exquisite and sacred moment.

How connected are you with the erogenous zones of your body?

This week, I'm talking about men's erogenous zones. I share some experiences with clients who connected with their erogenous zones in the least expected situation and circumstance, and what advice I offer my clients when they want to access theirs.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What erogenous zones are and how many of them every man has

  • The difference between the go-to parts of your body for arousal and your erogenous zones

  • A short story about a man and his erogenous zones

  • How to access and awaken your erogenous zones

  • Your body might respond differently to the same stimulus in different situations

  • Why you shouldn't limit yourself to a finite number of erogenous zones in your body

Exploring your body to get in touch with your erogenous zones requires a deep state of relaxation and an inquisitive, curious and open state of mind. Remember that your whole body can experience erotic pleasure. However, never think of going beyond your boundaries; be mindful of them, and stay within them to protect yourself and keep things light and playful.

This week, I'm joined by the magnificent Jason Tantra, Co-founder of Tantra 4 Gay Men, a space where he and his husband Ingo welcome men who love men to experience love in the most profound, ecstatic and orgasmic way. Since 2006, when he created Tantra 4 Gay Men, Jason and his husband have helped and worked with over 12,000 beautiful souls.

We had an open and vulnerable conversation about his work, career and Tantra, the only spiritual practice that uses the body and sexual energy as a vehicle for spiritual exploration. We also talk about the ups and downs of having professions that are not mainstream, the evolution of the narrative about what it means to be gay, as well as how to deal with the feeling of "universal tiredness" in our professional lives.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Who Jason is and what is Tantra 4 Gay Men

  • What growing up as a gay man and teaching Tantra have in common

  • What it really means to see life through the Tantric lens

  • How to gain awareness of how conditioned we are to operate in certain ways in specific situations

  • The undoing work needed to rediscover who we are as sexual beings

  • What most men that join Jason's programs search for, and what they get from the retreats

After over 15 years of teaching Tantra and 25 years of background in many spiritual modalities, Jason loves bringing men into a deeper awareness of themselves and helping them enhance their human experiences. Far from teaching what love is or what is truth, he simply creates the space for men to discover that for themselves.

This week, I'll take you through a simple yet powerful exercise to help you develop those "sexual spidey senses" we talked about last week. As this practice is not right or wrong, please don't put too much pressure on yourself or expect to master it immediately. Be patient and keep practising it, and you'll get there eventually.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why this exercise is not about getting it right on the first try

  • How this practice can change the way you perceive and navigate the world

  • Why it’s crucial to let go of what no longer serves you and how to do it

  • How to listen with your whole body

  • How to use this exercise outside of sexual experiences

Once you learn to be in tune with your "sexual spidey senses," you can use this practice outside the bedroom to connect with your partner in erotic and non-erotic situations. This type of connection will allow you to identify things in yourself that were dormant, hidden for some reason or something you were simply unaware of.

In this episode, I'll teach you how to cultivate your sensual intuition for experiencing sizzling hot sex. You'll learn several ways to use your sensual intuition in the bedroom, hear and feel with your body, and experience different kinds of orgasms. You'll also better understand the magic of tuning into someone else's energy, trusting your body's response to your partner's energy, and much more.

What You Will Learn:

  • How to get the best out of your sensual intuition or sexual spidey senses

  • Different ways to penetrate and be penetrated

  • Why it is crucial to learn how and what you are feeling

  • How to turn your hands into stethoscopes

  • What is whole-body listening, and how to get better at it

  • How to tune into someone's energy

The first step to cultivating your intuition for sizzling hot sex is to get crystal clear with yourself, to practice self-awareness, and check in with your feelings and emotions regularly.

After some time, the mechanics of sex might become boring. However, the energy movement generated in every erotic encounter constantly renews itself; it's always juicy and can only be reached and appreciated by practising embodied and in full presence sex.

From my experience working with widowers, men struggle a lot with reconnecting with their sexuality after their spouse passes. It becomes even more challenging for those who were also caretakers or their spouses lost the battle to a long illness. In this episode, I'll talk about how men can try to reconnect with who they are as sexual beings after going through grief, and how to prepare themselves for meeting new people.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How to deal with the feelings and emotions produced by losing a loved one that affects your sexuality

  • The most common feelings widowers face when thinking of sex after losing their spouses

  • How to realise you are ready to move on with your sexual life

  • The best ways to meet new people and how to navigate dating apps

  • What you must be crystal clear about before going to meet new people

After perhaps many years of putting your desires and needs in second place, at the moment you feel you came full circle with grieving your loved one, it is time to think of your own desires. It is also an opportunity to try new things, learn something you didn't know about who you are as a sexual being, and decide how you want to move forward.

This week, I share a quick rundown of some of my abilities and the superpowers I use as a sexual alchemist. You'll learn what sets me apart from most sex therapists and counsellors, and how you and your sexual partner can benefit from the gifts I have to offer.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • About my ability to see through fear, shame and social conditioning

  • The importance of being entirely present in a distracted world

  • How I receive information from your body through my hands

  • The subtle art of turning on the pilot light

  • How to clear your system from shame, fear and social conditioning

  • The difference between getting aroused at a genital level, and bringing your entire arousal system online

I'm so grateful for these abilities that allow me to help those courageous enough to step into their own growth, healing and expansion. I feel genuinely honoured to do this job, to help those in pain expand their erotic potential and get in touch with who they are as sexual beings.

Today's episode is about something I hear a lot working with cisgender heterosexual couples - what should men do when their spouse shuts down to sex? I share multiple options to explore as a couple and come back into intimacy together. You'll also learn alternatives for couples who want to try new things separately, how men should approach this issue from a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, and more.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How a compassionate, loving, and empathetic approach can help you get back into intimacy with your spouse

  • What it means for you as a man and your sexual energy that your partner is shut down to sex

  • Why introspection might be a helpful tool to find out the root cause of the shutdown of sex

  • What options you have if the answer is to solve it in separate ways

  • A short story of a couple who went through this issue and how they solved it

  • Why you shouldn't be judgmental with your partner about it

As hard as it might be to hear that your spouse has decided to close herself to sex, you must know it is as hard for her to acknowledge it first, and perhaps even harder to verbalise it. Regardless of the frustration, shame or guilt you might feel when hearing it, you must remember to be patient and curious, and get into the conversation with a loving, caring, and compassionate mindset.

  • The things you need as a man to feel safe while you are aroused

  • The different levels of safety a man can experience during sex

  • Why is safety so important, and how you create it for yourself as a sexual being

  • Good indicators that you can trust your partner and feel safe around them

It is a myth and a mistake to assume that only women must feel safe to let themselves go freely and fully during sex. Men need to feel safe to open up to whatever arises when they're aroused. As a man, the first step is to recognise it, find a physical and mental place where you feel safe, be aware and know what triggers you, and establish open communication with your partner.

Your penis is much more than flesh and blood or a simple instrument you use to penetrate or feel physical pleasure. In today's episode, you'll discover some of its other characteristics, uses and meanings. You'll learn to connect with your genitals from a place of love, not shame, to explore and choose the kind of energy you want to transmit with it, and expand your experiences of pleasure.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Your penis is a portal to the Divine

  • The difference between connecting with your penis through love and through shame

  • How you name your genitals defines much more than you think

  • What it means to use your penis consciously

  • Why you should come into erotic encounters with reverence

How you connect with your penis is crucial to finding yourself as a sexual being. Many men are taught to refer to their genitals with shame, guilt, or fear, and as long as they are trapped in that mindset, they'll transmit that energy when they experience sex or pleasure. The first step to getting out of that place is to connect with your penis with reverence.

The stress produced by everything happening in the world right now, and the busy life you most likely have, certainly makes it harder to connect intimately with your partner or simply get in the mood to have sex. So, are there any shortcuts to intimacy in those days where it seems impossible to leave work at work and stop thinking on your next day's to-do list? Actually, there are plenty of them, and in this episode, I'll share some of the most effective ways to leave stress aside, connect with your partner, and easily transition into intimacy.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why it is so challenging to go through the "out of your head and into your body" transition

  • How to use chat to gain clarity about what you need to transition into intimacy

  • What is the "brushing off" exercise, and how can it help you get in the mood

  • The unique connection eye gazing can provide

  • How you can help each other get into your own bodies

Part of the transition into intimacy is about being present and connected, which can only be achieved by taking a moment and being intentional about how you feel. Once you and your partner are on the same page, it is about deciding where you want to go, what you want to create and what kind of experience you want.

This week, I address the reasons why doing inner work of self-improvement (especially on our sexuality) feels so scary. I go through one by one cause that might be holding you back from working on improving your relationship with pleasure, intimacy, and your sensual, sexual self.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What inspired today's episode

  • Why it’s normal to feel scared or nervous about working on self-improvement

  • Why doing inner work might bring pain and sadness from the past

  • Why holding back your feelings is not a good idea, and what damage it can cause to you

  • How to get in touch with your superpowers and stop being afraid of them

Throughout your life and sexual experiences, you've probably had parts of your sexual identity blamed, shamed, rejected, or neglected. Therefore, it’s perfectly normal to be afraid of exposing those same parts again. Yet growth produces discomfort, and part of exploring your intimacy is letting yourself be seen. It's a vulnerable state of being and it might feel uncomfortable, but it is your best chance to connect with who you are as a sexual being.

In today's episode, Marcia Baczynski joins me to talk about consent, boundaries, authoritarianism, and sexual freedom. Marcia is an internationally recognised coach, writer, and presenter in sexual communication, boundaries, consent, and desire.

Throughout our conversation, Marcia shared her unique perspective on how sexual freedom is a rock in the shoe of the most controlling and prohibitive side of the political spectrum. She explains her work with consent and boundaries, the effects of certain laws and legislations on minorities' sex life and their freedom in general.

We also talk about her book, "Creating Consent Culture," the work she does with her peers, and she shared a terrific exercise for creating awareness around consent and boundaries.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How Marcia understands consent and boundaries

  • Why she believes the consent culture might be endangered by particular political views

  • What drove Marcia into working with consent and boundaries

  • The three misconceptions about the consent culture Marcia doesn't agree with

  • Why it is crucial to keep a playful mindset growing up

  • A fantastic consent exercise to give our bodies a somatic experience of saying NO

  • The differences between the gatekeeper and the agreement or collaborative consent model

Marcia is passionate about helping adults overcome shame and connect with their true desires, whether sexually, romantically, or relationally. In 2004, she founded the Cuddle Party, a workshop that literally travelled around the world and counts over 200 facilitators on 5 continents. Throughout her career, Marcia has been featured in over 100 magazines, including Rolling Stone, the New York Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, GQ, and Marie Claire, to name a few.

Today’s episode is about a particular subject that I initially wanted to cover in a solo episode; but when I tried to do it on my own, I just felt too emotional and too biased towards this topic, so I decided it would be better shared in a conversation. The person who immediately came to my mind was Fidel Beauhill, The Modern Man Coach, Founder of The Modern Man Coach Academy and The Modern Man Movement. He is a life and relationship coach for men, helping them through divorce, breakups and midlife crises, and helping them step into their masculine energy in a positive way.

Fidel and I had an awesome conversation about the phenomenon of incels and why we feel we should call them in instead of calling them out. We discussed the controversy around Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson, how to use the terms masculine and feminine in a better way, and what we can do to change the antagonistic narrative between men and women.

What We Cover:

  • What the term ‘incel’ stands for and the rhetoric surrounding it

  • What coaches who work with men can do to change that extreme rhetoric

  • What is so controversial about Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson

  • How Fidel teaches men to step into and embody their masculinity in a positive way

  • Why today’s men feel devalued, less powerful and disconnected from their masculine energy

  • The taboos surrounding male sexuality

  • How to be pro-masculine without being anti-feminine

  • How the current culture of victim mentality affects men

  • Why it’s useful to have a gender identity framework to work with and explore it

Cultivating self-awareness is the key to navigating the challenges that modern men face. Knowing who you are is a life-long journey of self-exploration and examination. To get started on this path, Fidel proposes a three-step framework - Values, Vision, Goals. When you know what’s most important to you, when you have a compelling, long-term vision of the future, then you get to decide how you’re going to get there and learn a lot about yourself along the way.

This week, I explore sex positivity and what it means to be sex positive, a term that is very often misused, misinterpreted, and even used to shame people. I answer some of the most common questions about sex positivity, what it tells you about the person who identifies as sex positive, what's the link between sex positivity and boundaries, and I share my definition of sex positivity.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • How those who identify as sex positivists deal with the shame around sexuality

  • What being sex positive tells about a person's preferences in sex

  • Why it is crucial to have clear boundaries when thinking of sex positivity

  • About boundaries and consent at different times and moments

Being sex positive is about being open to exploring your sexuality and willing to learn to love and accept yourself as a sexual being. In a way, it's an antidote for slut shaming and for shaming people for being sexual.

In today's episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with my mentor, teacher, and dear friend, Barbara Carrellas. Barbara is the Founder of Urban Tantra; she is an author, artist, innovator, instigator and thought leader in the fields of sex, gender and spirit.

We had a fantastic conversation about urban tantra and its outstanding connectivity powers, using sexual liberation to free yourself from socially imposed rules and how marginalised groups used and still use it to fight oppression. Barbara also shares bits of her past, and her first experiences seeing sex and sexuality exploration as a revolutionary act.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What Urban Tantra is, and how it can help you explore your sexuality and connect with yourself and others

  • About Barabara's approach to urban tantra

  • The importance of seeking a-ha moments during your adult life

  • Why exploring sexuality is an act of revolution and how it can help you change how you perceive yourself and the world around you

  • The power you have in your hands to change the world, starting with your reality

As Barbara says, the quality that stands out about urban tantra is its inclusion; not just the inclusion of all races and classes and abilities of people, but also other erotic and spiritual practices.

In today's episode, I use the amusement park analogy to help you understand your choices, preferences, and desires in your sex life more deeply. I explore the different themed areas of your park, the attractions you are afraid to visit or feel troubled to mention to your partner. My invitation today for you is to go through your amusement park's map and see where it overlaps with your partner’s.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • How the amusement park analogy started and why it makes sense in relation to your sex life

  • Why it might be a good idea to visit some areas of your park you don't see too often

  • Some areas of your amusement park that might be worth exploring

  • Why we should always spare some free space to build new attractions in our amusement park

If your sex life was an amusement park, what would be your favourite attractions? And which ones would be those you would like to experience, but for lack of time or confidence, you end up postponing indefinitely? Remember that there are things you are not aware you don't know, and because of that, your amusement park should always have free space to build new attractions.

Today's episode is about semen retention. I’m going to debunk some myths about not ejaculating and its supposed benefits on men's sexual energy. I'll also explore the difference between having an orgasm and ejaculating, the different types of orgasms available for men, and the misunderstandings around sexual energy.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • The myths vs. truth around how semen retention boosts sexual energy

  • The link between semen retention and spiritual practices

  • Different concepts of orgasming and ejaculating

  • The multiple types of orgasms a man can experience

  • The energetic and spiritual components of ejaculating that most men ignore

  • Why there is a massive misunderstanding about sexual energy and its proper use

In many non-Western societies, semen retention is linked with spiritual practices, and it would make "more sense" to practice it consistently. Still, practicing semen retention to claim control over the body is pointless for men living under the stresses and pressures of the Western world. Instead of imposing a restrictive control over ejaculating, it is way more productive trying to understand the energetic and spiritual components of ejaculating.

This week, I’m talking about how to cultivate, discover, and get in touch with your sexual self-awareness. First, I’ll share what self-awareness is and how I define it, and then I’ll explore the subtle difference between sexual self and sexual self-awareness, as well as propose a list of questions you can ask yourself to get in touch with your sexual self and your sexual self-awareness.

  • What is the best way to identify your self-awareness and get in touch with it

  • The connections between your self-awareness, your sexual self, and your sexual self-awareness

  • How your sexual self-awareness can establish a deeper relationship with your partner

Here are the questions to help you explore your sexual self and your sexual self-awareness:

  • What do you like to give, receive, experience or express?

  • What triggers you?

  • What makes you feel good, and what makes you feel not good?

  • What makes you feel f*g awesome?

  • What are your boundaries? What are your soft and hard boundaries?

  • Who do you fancy?

  • What do you need to feel safe in a sexual encounter?

  • How are you a safe person to be with erotically?

  • What stops you from being present?

  • How aware are you of your body and its sensations?

  • How aware are you of your emotions?

  • How do you receive feedback, and how do you give feedback?

  • How are you at asking for what you want?

  • What are your fantasies?

  • How open are you to trying something new?

In today's episode, I'll answer a question I received from our community: why don't I like receiving oral sex, and is it possible to undo the conditioning that led me not to like it? I'll go through the possible reasons for not enjoying oral or penetrative sex, how to address them, and the best ways to try and solve these issues.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • The stereotypes and misconceptions about oral sex and men

  • Some of the most common reasons why some men don't like to receive oral sex

  • Why social, cultural or religious conditioning might be the root cause of not liking receiving oral sex

  • What it takes to undo social, religious or cultural conditioning

  • Why addressing the issue's root cause is the mandatory first step to solving it

The reasons behind not liking receiving oral sex could be different in every case, but until you dig and find the root causes of it, it becomes challenging to find a solution. My invitation is to practice self-inspection, self-inquiry, and self-reflection to unveil why you reject, avoid, or simply feel off when receiving oral sex.

Have you ever had a desire, a fantasy, or the urge to ask for something during sex that sounded like a weird thing to ask for, or perhaps made you feel that you're not normal? In this episode, I'll address why many men experience feeling not normal regarding their fantasies, desires and fetiches. I'll talk about what normality means, how it’s interpreted and how you can determine whether you want to be labeled as normal or not.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • An example of how even the wildest fantasy can be totally normal

  • What is considered normal, and how it molded the way you understand normality in sex

  • External factors that influence what is considered normal in the environment you grow up in and experience your sexuality

  • Some of the questions most men ask to find out if they are normal

  • Why every interaction and experience in the sex realm is normal as long as it is consensual

Most of us understand normal as acting as expected, established, or even imposed by cultural, religious and social norms. Instead of worrying about being "normal," you should focus on being true to your desires. As long as you do your thing in a consensual relationship, you can consider yourself and your inclinations completely normal.

Are you aroused all the time? Do you feel you're pestering your partner for sex all the time, or just feel you have all this extra sexual energy and don't know what to do with it? In this episode, I'll share several ways to deal with the abundance of sexual energy you might be experiencing.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • A backstory of how I dealt with my extra sexual energy and what I learned from those experiences

  • Why it is essential to get really close and intimate with your sexual energy

  • The difference sitting with your sexual energy can make instead of extinguishing it every time it shows up

  • How to move your sexual energy through your body using breathing

  • The importance of being a student of your own arousal and keeping a curious mind

  • The benefits of sharing your sexual energy with nature and the elements of the universe

For many men, the first impulse is to deal with the arousal immediately, extinguish it and move on. The invitation today is to explore that energy a bit more, sit with it, and learn how to hold it, redirect it, get used to it and decide when and how to release it in any way you choose to.

We get a lot of conditioning in our upbringing about the meaning of touch. Any kind of contact is linked with the desire to have penetrative sex. The same principle applies to kissing, hugging or getting or receiving a massage. In this episode, we explore the roots of this issue, how to deal with it, and how to navigate the need to give or receive touch without giving our partner the wrong idea about our intentions.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • The different kinds of touch a human needs that are not necessarily linked to sex

  • Why we have so much fear, shame and conditioning around touching or wanting to be touched by our partner

  • How previous experiences with touch can enhance rejection to touch

  • How setting clear boundaries and intentions about touching can make things easier for our partner and us

Human beings are hardwired for touch. It’s a primitive and essential need all of us have. Still, the need for human contact doesn't necessarily imply a desire for penetrative sex. If the making-out session or the massage turns your and your partner's arousal on, you can pause for a moment, renegotiate and agree to have full penetrative sex.

Has it ever happened to you that even though you want to have sex with your partner, you can't quite get in the mood? Perhaps your work is mentally demanding or you are under too much stress and struggle to get there.

In this episode, we address some of the most effective ways to get in the mood. We also dive into how to summon our partner and our sexual energy, and use lovemaking to work through and release emotions.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • The importance of creating a safe space to move into our erotic nature and arousal

  • How to get out of our minds and into our bodies using different tools like meditation, dancing or breath work

  • Why it is crucial to build space to transition from work mode to our gorgeous and juicy sensual being

  • How to get physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in the mood

  • How to discover new ways of summoning sexual energy

Sometimes the arousal is there before feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually ready; we feel safe in the environment and in our bodies, and that's fine. Still, if the arousal is not there after having it all set, we need to summon the sexual energy and the best way to do it is as a team.

Our sex drive and the need for intimacy can fall on our list of priorities for some time, which is perfectly normal. Last February, Amy Arrindel invited me to participate in the first-ever "The Spice for Life" online event. Amy Arrindell, also known as the Spice Goddess, is a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and holds several other certifications in mental health, treatment and sex education. She also has over 20 years of experience in counseling, guidance, sex therapy and coaching.

This episode is a recording of Amy's workshop for couples held for Valentine's Day this year, where I was invited to teach a class. We go through three simple yet powerful tips to connect more deeply with your partner, the importance of understanding how to handle your partner and your vulnerability, how to communicate effectively and use your breath as an arousal tool.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • How to transition from busy life rhythm to intimate and sexual connection with your partner

  • The importance of being present and connected with your body

  • The immediate effects of focusing on your breath for a couple of minutes

  • Using eye gazing to connect more deeply with your partner

  • How knowing what you want and like during sex, and learning how to communicate it, can improve your sexual experience

Vulnerability and communication are vital to enjoying your sexuality. Speaking about what you like to give or receive or not makes you and your partners vulnerable. As long as you learn not to take things personally, there is a massive opportunity to grow and evolve as a sexual being and connect more deeply with yourself and your parter.

Today I'll share the complete story of how and why I became a Sexual Alchemist. I’ll talk about my relationship with sex from the moment I discovered it, until I participated in a Tantra workshop that completely blew my mind and showed me the path I should follow. What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How I discovered sex, and the relationship I built with it in my late teens and early adulthood years

  • What I've learned about myself and my relationship with sex through my personal relationships with men

  • How Tantra completely changed how I see sex and sexual relationships

  • When I made the conscious decision to embrace the calling of becoming a Sexual Alchemist

When I first started working with sexuality, it taught me how to be with my own sexual energy. I learned how to connect it with my heart, move it through my body and create magical, mystical orgasms. In a way, my work consists of an expansion of my energy that triggers or moves something in men that helps them with their own sexual and sensual challenges.

Many men assume that their arousal depends entirely and exclusively on external stimulation; that they need to be touched in specific ways or see things they consider arousing, whether porn or the mere presence of what they consider a beautiful partner. In this episode, we will learn why men who hand over the responsibility for their arousal limit themselves and become beggars of their own sexual experiences.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why narrowing down arousal to external stimulus is a limiting approach to your sexual experiences

  • How giving away the responsibility for your arousal makes you lose control over yourself and your sexual energy

  • Some possibilities to explore with yourself and regain control over your arousal

  • The power of connecting deeply with your breath

By assuming total responsibility for your arousal, you're opening a combination of different possibilities to explore and expand your sexual experiences. You'll show up in your erotic encounters with your partner in the juiciest, filled-up, sexiest and most gorgeous version of yourself.

Today's guest, Roy Graff, brings an invitation to reflect and rethink how we approach our romantic and sexual connections. Roy offers coaching and mentors individuals, couples, and polycules to enjoy conscious relationships, openness, honesty and intimacy. He runs a non-monogamous men's support group in London and moderates several Facebook groups on sex positivity and polyamory. Roy approaches his work from a non-violent communication style based on his Wheel of Consent training and Radical Honesty.

We had a conversation about monogamous and non-monogamous relationships and their different nuances, insecurities, jealousy triggered by trauma responses, and what he calls the "monogamyths." We also touch on social judgment toward open relationships and polyamory, non-monogamous relationships and toxic masculinity, rules and boundaries.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What polyamory is and the differences between all the non-monogamous relationships

  • The role of insecurities in how we establish our romantic and sexual relationships

  • How listening to our bodies can help us discover what kind of relationship suits us

  • Why we must learn to differentiate autonomy and agency in polyamorous relationships

  • The difference between boundaries and rules and how to use them to protect ourselves and our partners

Roy discovered himself polyamorous after 20 years of being unconsciously monogamous by default. Once introduced to consensual non-monogamy, he never looked back, and since then, he has experienced a wide variety of relationship dynamics in the scope of multigamy. Roy is on a mission to create open and conscious communications and empower people to build autonomous, connected, interdependent relationships.

I've decided to address a question I get asked a lot: what to do when we have a different level of libido, sexual desire, need or arousal than our partners? Whether you are the one with less or more sex drive, this episode will help you find common ground between you and those connecting with you in the sexual and sensual realm.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Having a different sex drive than our partners is entirely normal

  • Establishing an honest and open communication channel with our partners will make everything move forward with ease

  • How expanding our definition of sex will help us find other routes to deal with our sex drive

  • How playing with our sexual and sensual energy can help us explore new senses and make us feel filled up

  • Why it is crucial to sit with ourselves and get clear about our needs and desires before asking our partners for sexual interaction

It is a common misconception to think that any sexual desire or arousal should be put out. It is almost like the only possible end for sexual needs is an orgasm. Sexual energy does not need to be extinguished to be satisfied. There are many other ways to enjoy it, from moving it through our bodies to expanding it and even using it to heal our bodies.

A couple of years ago my partner and I came up with the concept of sensual snacks. We'll define what sensual snacks are, how to explore them safely, and most importantly, set clear boundaries and expectations around them. We also explore the possibilities of this sensual connection for couples and single people.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What sensual snacks are and why they are perfect for reconnecting with our partners and our own sensual selves

  • The difference between what sensual snacks and sexy time can offer to us

  • Being clear about what we expect to give and receive during a sensual snack is key to its primary purpose

The beauty of sensual snacks is that there is no sexual obligation attached to them. They are a snack, not a whole meal, and their primary purpose is to satisfy a very specific sensual need without necessarily ending in something penetrative or orgasmic.

My wonderful guest Robyn Dalzen is an Intimacy Coach, Consent Facilitator, Pleasure Revolutionary and Author. We had a stunning conversation about boundaries and consent, and their infinite nuances. We delve into the concept of domain over our bodies and thoughts, and how it relates to boundaries and consent.

Robyn co-authored the book “The Art of Receiving and Giving” with Betty Martin and also co-founded The School of Consent with her. She is passionate about helping people meet with what gives them joy.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Robyn’s lifetime evolution to get where she is today

  • We can't talk or think about boundaries if we don't have a clear idea of what is in our and our partner's domain

  • What consent actually is

  • The multiple benefits of learning how to let our emotions go through our bodies

  • What we can learn from experiencing our own limits

  • The benefits of having clear discussions about boundaries and consent

Even in established relationships, we still need to communicate and find common ground regarding what we want to give and receive, from a hug to a simple touch on any part of our bodies. One of the easiest ways to do this is by creating broad agreements that allow enough space to play and experiment with our partners.

This week, I’ll walk you through the unique content I have prepared for the first online Festival of Sexuality from April 7th to April 10th, 2022. I'm also sharing why I’ve decided to put this festival together and how it will help you find your true self as a sexual being.

Featuring on the Festival of Sexuality:

  • Barbara Carellas, author of "Urban Tantra"

  • Betty Martin and her "Wheel of Consent” model

  • Mollena Lee-Williams Haas and her 24/7 master/slave marriage

  • The excellent Tantra teacher, Jan Day

  • Julia Hollenbery and the healing power of pleasure

  • Breathing techniques with Steph Magenta

  • The incredible DK Green and an inclusive look at sex

  • Get inspired by Kelly Gordon

This festival is my offering to celebrate the first anniversary of the podcast and the best way to thank the community that joins us every week. The main goal is to celebrate sexuality, normalize sex conversations, and rescue sexuality from the realms of fear and shame. My desire is that every person feels free to talk about sex, tell their partners what they like and what they don't, the things they would like to try, and where they don't feel comfortable going.

This week, we welcome Sarah Rose Bright to the show. She is a Sexologist, Sex and Intimacy Coach, and the creator of Intimate Sexuality. Sarah is on a mission of inspiring women and couples to discover their sexual pleasure and awaken their sexual confidence.

We had a fantastic conversation about being intimate not only with our partners but with ourselves too. We also dive into the idea of thinking about sex as a lifelong learning process, the concept of thinking of sexuality as a partner that evolves with us as we get older, and the myths around menopause and its relationship with sex.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What Intimate Sexuality is and how Sarah Rose uses it to improve people's relationship with sex and intimacy

  • The impact of social, cultural and religious conditioning in how we understand and experience sex

  • Connection with our partner is as essential as connection with ourselves during sex

  • Having great sex requires black belt communicators with a continuous and deep desire of learning about their sexuality

  • What parameters we use to measure successful intimacy

The misconception around intimacy is that people tend to believe that penetration is a sine qua non to be intimate. Pleasure is also often used as a reference for successful intimacy, which leads many couples to think they need more sex for a deeper connection, when actually they need more intimacy.

Joining me to discuss today's juicy topic is DK Green, a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Speaker, and Author. He primarily works with GSRD (gender, sex, relationship diversity), CNM, kink, tantra, consensual non-monogamy, and sex workers both in his therapy room and as an educator.

Our conversation revolves around the nuances of taboo depending on cultural and religious conditioning, and what is considered taboo in western civilizations. We talk about consensual non-consent sex, breath play, and the fantasies around incest, bestiality, scat golden showers, feet fetish. We also explore the intimate relationship between taboo and fantasy, role play, and the pleasure and turn-ons performing a sex act considered taboo.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The broad spectrum of what people consider taboo in sex

  • The psychological minefield we enter when we allow ourselves to play with taboo

  • The three big no’s in sex and why for some people it is a turn-on to play with them

  • The crucial role of negotiation and communication when playing with taboo in consensual sexual relations

  • How playing with taboo can be part of a healing process

  • The aftercare for the receiving, and the active component in fantasies like rape play or domination

Leaving aside the three big no’s of sex, the definition of taboo will be very different for a traditional married couple and for someone who is into kink. Still, the curiosity of playing with boundaries suggests a desire for exploration, and when we allow ourselves to explore, to move towards the new and unfamiliar, the closer we get to the juiciness of sex.

We have an exceptional guest for today's episode, Artemisia de Vine. She is a retired sex worker, somatic sexologist, erotic choreographer, artist, writer, speaker, trainer, and Founder of The deVinery: Artemisia's School of The Erotic.

Artemisia specializes in the psychology of what turns us on, how to play with it purposely, and explore the places we go inside ourselves when we do it. We delve into her mind-boggling work, her past experiences as a sex worker, and how she transitioned from master practitioner to teacher. Artemisia also shares details of how she navigates her unique art and reads the psychology behind each person's turn-ons.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why Artemisia decided to go through the sex worker path, and what amazing discoveries she made in the process

  • The relationship between vulnerability, arousal and the sexual flow state

  • Why guilt usually gets in the middle of giving and receiving pleasure

  • Why we can't experience our turn-ons freely unless we move our consciousness from our ego

After co-creating thousands of erotic experiences for her clients, Artemisia got intrigued by the safety switch that made people free themselves, be vulnerable and dive into pleasure. Then she started working with desire itself and decided to start helping people interact with that part of them that creates their turn-ons.

Today, we are joined by Jaeleen Bennis, creator of Bondassage and Elysium by Bondassage, who invites us to think of sexual exploration as a path to self-discovery and healing.

In this conversation, we explore Bondassage and Elysium, compare them with a traditional BDSM session, and talk about Jaeleen's mission of making kinky play accessible for everyone. Jaeleen spoke about her passion for educating and de-stigmatizing this type of bodywork and, at the same time creating unforgettable sensual, blissfully pleasurable and provocative experiences in her clients' lives.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What Bondassage and Elysium are, and how they are utterly different from BDSM

  • Bondassage can be an excellent way to reconnect with our bodies

  • Why trust is one of the most important factors to perform Bondassage

  • Why Bondassage must be an unscripted and spontaneous session to reach its full potential

  • The impact of Bondassage on heterosexual men, who perhaps may be surrendering and receiving for the first time in their lives

During a Bondassage session, the practitioner does not receive any verbal feedback from the client and they focus on nonverbal clues the person tied up gives, like their breath and the energy changes. It is not like the practitioner does whatever they want, they observe the reactions, and when the person receiving demonstrates pleasure, the one giving expands on that. To summarize, Bondassage is an excellent, safe and fun way of dipping the toes in kinky waters.

In this episode, we'll discuss the sexual expectations that the mainstream narrative deposits on heterosexual men and people with penises. We'll explore the suggested rules and regulations about how people with penises must show up in erotic and sexual situations and their effects on those people's psyche, health and even sexual and erotic pleasure.

We'll debunk myths and popular beliefs on what it means to be a sexual being and how you can benefit from having full access to your sexual energy.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What is expected from people with penises in sexual encounters and what kind of pressure it produces

  • What happens when you are feeling frustrated by not fitting into the tiny box the mainstream narrative built for you

  • A story about a young man that swallowed the "manual of how to be a sexual man"

  • The effects of discovering who we are as sexual individuals

The easiest way to meet with who you are as a sexual being is to let go of the expectations, habits, patterns, beliefs, and thoughts that limit and oppress you. The cultural norm is a tiny, narrow, limited, and oppressive narrative designed to shame and control people. Accessing your sexual energy, free from the limitations generated by the cultural norm, will allow you to connect with your true self to your magic as a sensual, sexual being.

Valentine's Day is one of those holidays that, even if we want to ignore it, community, social media, friends and even marketing campaigns constantly remind us to celebrate romantic love. That is why this week, I’ve decided to come up with a different kind of Valentine's Day. We will explore alternatives for those who don't have a romantic partner to celebrate with, those who prefer to celebrate their love for themselves and those interested in practicing self-love.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Turning Valentine's Day into a self-love day

  • How empowering and nourishing it can be making love to ourselves

  • How to normalise being romantic in our day to day lives

It is possible to reframe Valentine's Day by using the date to practice self-love or going out with our loved ones. We can take our kids out, our siblings, a friend or even our parents, and demonstrate the love and appreciation we have for them. Valentine's Day is also an excellent opportunity to enjoy some super hot sex with ourselves.

We will analyze how the relationship we establish with ourselves affects how we interact with others, what we think of ourselves, and even how we see the world. We will also go through a set of questions to help you narrow down and learn what kind of relationship you have with yourself, and pay attention to what you need to improve. What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why it is essential to establish a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves

  • Knowing what triggers us and what doesn't is critical to building boundaries and enjoying our erotic and non-erotic encounters

  • How the way we deal with emotions and conflicts can help us understand better the relationship we have with ourselves

  • Why it’s harder for many men to receive pleasure than to give it

The more we know ourselves, and the more we are willing to explore profound levels of intimacy with ourselves, the deeper we will connect with others. On the other side of the spectrum, the more we try to hide and cover up the parts of us we believe are not attractive or not good enough, the harder it gets to engage with sexual partners or even with people in general in our lives.

In this episode, we talk about shame. We will explore how crippling shame can be in men's sexual lives, how it affects their journey of discovering and connecting with their sensual, sexual selves, and how it can impact other aspects of their lives. I'll share some personal experiences that will help clarify how shame works, and give some advice on dealing with and freeing ourselves from it.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Shame is something we learn in our childhood - we are not born with it

  • Why doing or liking to do certain things makes us feel ashamed

  • What it means that shame is stored in our bodies, and the different ways it shows up

  • Why playing power games is not possible when shame is present

  • What we can do to check our shame and avoid being affected by it

Shame is a powerful limiting force. It can literally shut us down if we don't deal with it. Shame is one of the main obstacles to reclaiming your sensual self, embodying your sexual desires and becoming the competent, sensual and sexual man you are meant to be.

I'm delighted to welcome Dr. Betty Martin to the show. She is a Chiropractor, a Body Electric School trained Sacred Intimate, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Foundations of Facilitation trainer, and a self-propelled erotic adventurer and Intimacy Coach.

She is the author of "The Art of Receiving and Giving - The Wheel of Consent" and a massive inspiration for my own work. We had a fantastic conversation about consent. Betty masterfully explained her definition of consent and what it means to give and receive in a consensual sexual relationship. We also talk about BDSM, boundaries, pleasure and shame.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What kind of work Dr. Betty Martin goes through with her peers

  • What the three-minute game is and how it inspired the creation of the Wheel of Consent

  • Dr. Betty's definition of consent and why she believes there's a confusion about what giving and receiving really mean

  • What the Wheel of Consent is, how it works, and how we can use its language to redefine consent

In her mid-40s, Dr. Betty Martin experienced an erotic awakening. She discovered there was a lot more about Eros than what she knew. After some years of intensive exploration and research, she decided to share her knowledge. She focused on teaching people how to be comfortable in their own skin, how to ask for and give what they want, and above all, express what they don't want to give or receive.

I'm thrilled to welcome Martin Jenner to the show. A few years ago, Martin and I did some work together that impacted his life massively. Martin kindly shares his story, his life before our work, his transformation from logic to love, and how it all started with a hug.

Together, we revisit his entire journey, from feeling he wasn't a lovable man to today's version of himself - a happy bunny. We also talk about the importance of clear boundaries when we are in the process of discovering ourselves as sexual beings and how crucial it is to listen to our gut.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How Martin's life was like before our work together

  • The importance of human touch, and how sometimes a hug is all we need to change our vision of the world

  • The biggest lie about himself that Martin called out to start his transformational journey

  • Why sometimes the seemingly not logical thing is the most logical thing to do

  • Why ego death is as transformational as scary and how it changed Martin's life

It took Martin several years to realize, but it wasn't until he learned to love himself that he opened to the idea of being loved. With conscious work and several judgment-free sessions, he transformed the way he saw himself, became a new man, and found someone to have an open, honest, and meaningful relationship with.

I'm thrilled to bring the unique Mollena Lee Williams-Haas to the show. She is a New York City-born writer, actress, performer, BDSM educator, storyteller, podcast host and award-winning executive pervert. She has written and co-authored many books, including "Playing Well With Others" and "The Toybag to Guide to Play with Taboo."

In this extra-long, expensive lashes-type episode, we had a priceless conversation about the freedom to express ourselves, to live the life we feel is better for us and to give ourselves permission to be who we really are. We talk about Mollena's bravery to talk openly about her sexual life, the demons she fought while recovering from alcoholism, and how that openness to discuss those topics opened so many doors to her and lots of other people.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Who Mollena is, the operas she has written and performed, and what we can expect from her next one called "Hyena"

  • What we can learn from the evil Kirk/bad Kirk analogy that inspired Mollena

  • How Mollena overcame her addiction, what she learned and continues to learn daily from that experience

  • Mollena’s way of dealing with criticism and how her fuckrupcy helps her deal with haters

  • How TikTok's democratization of entertainment is actually good to spread information and educate people

After seeing a Broadway show live, Mollena decided she wanted to be an actress. A few years later, she performed in the movie "The Wiz." After moving to Los Angeles in 1992, she co-starred in the independent cult-classic "America's Deadliest Home Video," considered the grandfather of "found footage," a genre that will shine with "Man Bites Dog" and "The Blair Witch Project." Mollena began her explorations of BDSM by subscribing to the newsletter published by the Society of Janus and exploring kink and fetish via the newly burgeoning world of online chat forums. In 2016 a piece about her BDSM relationship with her husband Georg Friedrich Haas was published in the New York Times, and today, she is an inductee of the Society of Janus Hall of Fame.

In this episode, we will talk about the sex-positive movement. There is certain confusion around what it means to be sex-positive in terms of our sexual life and the emotional and sexual bond with our partners, so I wanted to clarify it a bit. We'll look at not wanting sex from a sex-positive perspective, how to sensitively but assertively decline sex propositions, and why we should never pressure ourselves or others to have sex.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What it really means being sex-positive versus what most people think it means

  • The proper way to tell your partner you are not in the mood for sex

  • Why it is crucial we ask our partners what they are looking for when they ask for sex

  • Why pressuring for sex is never a good idea

A sex-positive person is not someone who is horny all the time. Being sex-positive is about honoring your body, feelings and desire. It is about seeking respectful and delicious, clearing and shame-releasing connections with others through sex.

The way men name their genitals tells a lot about them and their relationship with their bodies, sexuality and genitalia. Today, we'll talk about how men name their penis and why. We'll go through a list of names I received from our community about how they call theirs and their partners' penises.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How to name your penis with words that feel good to you

  • Some of the most common words to name male genitalia, and the meaning behind them

  • The reasons why some men use childish or formal words, slang, or even pop culture words to refer to their penis

  • Why it is essential to pay attention to the words you use to name your penis

The words we use to refer to things are energy creators. They establish how we interact with the things we name. That is why you must create loving, respectful and honoring ways to refer to your penis. Whatever word you choose as the favorite term to call your penis must bring joy, happiness and empowerment.

Today, we will go through a great topic thanks to a question I received from a listener. This person, who can't touch his penis without feeling discomfort, asked me about alternative ways of engaging with his sexual energy without the physical contact with his genitals. So in this episode, we will learn several ways of connecting with your sexual energy without touching your penis.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How you can access your sexual energy through breathing

  • How to combine moving sexual energy through the body with touching different body areas

  • Why is it essential to establish a love relationship with your genitals, and how can positive affirmations help you achieve this

  • What prostate orgasms are, and the right way of doing prostate exploration

Engaging with our sexual energy without physical contact is about being present; learning to switch it on, feeling that energy in our bodies, sitting and meditating with it, being grateful for it without expecting anything from it. Just enjoying is arguably one of the most beautiful sensations we can give ourselves.

For her, helping people connect with their sensuality, pleasure and deliciousness felt like a natural path to follow. As I get asked a lot about what is Sexual Alchemy, what happens in our sessions and what kind of work we do in our programs, I decided to dedicate this episode to what I loosely call The Sexual Alchemy Formula. As we constantly work on the present moment and why men ask for my help, and their varying goals, each session is unique and follows its own path. However, it is possible to describe a loose formula of our program's primary focus, which I'll share with you today.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The reasons why men seek my help and how Sexual Alchemy can solve those issues

  • Why we always start by clearing and releasing from our body and energy what no longer serves us

  • Why change is so scary and what we can do to encourage change in ourselves

  • What is Conscious Touch and why it must be aligned with our intention

Sexual Alchemy is about removing everything we are not from our bodies and our energy, all the stories others or ourselves have in our heads about who we are supposed to be. By removing all that, we encourage our true self to come up, to shine, to be, and it is our job to love him. Once our true self emerges, the world looks different, life tastes different, it’s like going from black and white to technicolor.

In this episode, I'll put myself on the spot. I've decided to stop censoring myself and reveal some things about me and who I am as a sexual being. In perhaps one of the most vulnerable episodes I've done so far, I'll share what I went through as a sexual healer at the beginning of my career and how I was perceived by men in the past. I'll also share how I discovered who I truly am, my mission, desires, what gets my juices flowing, and how I can help those men who are willing to join me on this fun ride.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How my work as a sexual healer started

  • What were the results of working with requests coming from a place of shame and disrespect

  • Why I decided to change my approach to my work in the sexual arena

  • Who I am as a sexual being and why I love helping men discover their true sexual identity

  • How my conscious Succubus helps me do my job as a sexual alchemist

I'm so passionate about being a sexual alchemist, because it allows me to go on a trip with men, healing deep shame, fear and conditioning habits that won't let them be who they really are as sexual beings. Thanks to this job, I've discovered my love for dwelling in, playing with and soaking in revealing sexual energy and arousal, not just mine, but yours too. For me, it is the finest gourmet food for my energy system.

Today's episode is about low libido and sexual energy, the relationship between them, how to access your sexual energy and how to use your sexual energy to boost your libido. We will explore the various reasons why you might feel your libido fading or fizzling out. We will also go through three simple yet effective techniques that will help you connect with your sexual energy, and with time, learn how to make it grow, expand or be more intense at will.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What sexual energy is and how we can access it

  • What things can make your sexual energy feel low

  • The difference between arousal and desire

  • How we can switch on the Pilot Light

  • What is the Magical Dial, and how we can access it

  • How we can move our sexual energy throughout our bodies

It is helpful to know how to access your sexual energy, even if you don't feel it fading or fizzling out. Once you access it whenever you want, you can use it to play with it. You don't need to activate your sexual energy exclusively to have sex with someone or to masturbate; you can also use it to experience wider, broader, and more cosmic experiences.

In this episode, we will talk about who you really are as a man, lover, and sexual being, we’ll talk about the true YOU that lives in your heart. This show is not about the stories you tell yourself and others about who you think you are or who you are supposed to be. It is about discovering your own authority and discovering your potential as a multi-layered, multi-dimensional being in your erotic and sexual encounters.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The difference between who you think you are and who you really are

  • Why do some men tend to believe they are not capable of intimate sexual expression

  • How powerful it can be to discover what turns you on, not only on a physical level

Today, I'm joined by Lara Besbrode, Founder and Certified Matchmaker at The Matchmaker UK. After a successful 30-year career in PR and Marketing, Lara reimagined her passion for people and networking and created her own matchmaking service.

In this episode, we look at the world of matchmaking from Lara's business viewpoint, or as she defines it, from the top of the dating food chain. We discuss how dating apps can affect people's morale, self-esteem and mental health. We also explored the services The Matchmaker offers, who it is for, and we even go through some funny and happy ending stories from people who worked with Lara.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How Lara Besbrode approaches matchmaking and who is on her team

  • The difference between using dating apps and The Matchmaker's services

  • How dating apps can blow people's self-worth and confidence

  • Why the matchmaking industry gets negative press and how Lara’s company is changing that

  • How someone recognises that they are ready to start dating again

  • How to deal with FOMO in the dating world

What many people don't ask themselves before jumping into a dating app is, what will this do to me? Am I ready to face criticism, experience rudeness, receive inappropriate messages or be ghosted? What about the time and the energy spent on it? On the other hand, when people commit to a matchmaking agency's journey, they get into an open-minded space of expansive energy. Perhaps they change their wardrobe, they get restyled or lose weight, and they might end up meeting someone of their own accord. It may look like magic, but it is the product of their commitment to an openness and self-discovery journey.

I have something special to share today. I'll be your guide on a Heart Expansion Meditation Session. Throughout this meditation session, we will expand our capacity to bring our focus, attention, and awareness to our hearts and to do some expansion with it. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, relax, and join me on this delicious, unique experience.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What is under the control of our heart energy center, our heart chakra

  • How to perform a heart expansion meditation session, its benefits, and how to get the most out of it

When we look at the world through spiritual eyes or energy eyes, we will notice there is no difference between us and the heart energy fields we can create. Today, we will talk about penetration, not from the physical point of view but, as usual, from a broader, more expansive perspective. We will explore different kinds of penetrations, learn how to enhance our experiences giving or receiving a penetration, and understand why physical penetration gets tedious with time. I will also share a couple of exploratory exercises to have a more profound experience with penetration.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What the mainstream world thinks penetration is and what it really is

  • The ways of penetrating other than the physical one

  • Two simple and effective exercises to take our penetration experiences to the next level

Although physical penetration is fantastic, I believe it is not enough by itself. It is possible to experience and feel a whole new set of sensations and pleasure if you bring different energies and qualities to it. Once you drop down into it, it will be mind-blowing.

In this episode, I want to talk about the meaning of a phrase I use a lot in my social media, blog posts and newsletters, "Who You Really Are." We will explore what it means to find out who we are, our connection with our higher self and our multi-dimensional lover side, and also learn how sexual alchemy can help us discover all of that.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Who WE really are

  • How we can grow and evolve our consciousness

  • How sexual alchemy can help us uncover the David in us

A big part of the sexual alchemy work is, rather than discovering who you are, clearing the things you are not. Most men grow up nurturing fear, shame, guilt and many other limiting beliefs around sex. Sexual alchemy is there to remove all that and uncover the multi-dimensional lover you truly are.

Today, I have the pleasure to receive Fidel Beauhill to the show, an NLP Master Coach, Master Hypnotherapist, Author, and Master Timeline Practitioner. Fidel is also an amicably divorced father of three daughters, and the creator of The Modern Man Club and The Modern Woman Club. He also hosts The Modern Man Podcast and is September's featured coach and cover model for COACH magazine as well as speaking at many events, conferences and workshops around the country. He is passionate about helping people reconnect with their highest self to support those they care for.

In this episode, we talk about how different the conversations about sex are between men and women, the pressure for men to show up in a certain way during sex, and what society expects from women to bring to the table. We also talk about fear, shame, guilt, and many other negative emotions linked to sex, and how they make it harder to enjoy and talk freely about sex.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Is pleasing men in bed something women are concerned about?

  • The difference between expectations for men and women about what they are responsible for during sex

  • How false beliefs around HIV and homosexuality during the '80s and the '90s have affected men's sexuality

  • What we can learn from exploring powerplay, submissive and dominant energy

For some reason it is socially accepted that all men are expected to know what they are doing in bed, to show up with a hard-on and keep it for an X amount of time. The story of women moaning about how men are not good in bed has generated a tendency in which men are worried about upgrading their bed skills, which provokes anxiety, anguish, and other negative emotions around sex.

In this episode, we will learn to separate orgasm from ejaculation. We will explore the reasons why most men think they are one and the same, and why it is crucial to understand the difference. I will also take you through a simplified version of separating orgasm from ejaculation, recognising orgasmic energy and being relaxed while in arousal.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The main difference between orgasm and ejaculation, and why most men believe it’s the same thing

  • Is it really possible to ejaculate without orgasming and to orgasm without ejaculating?

  • The benefits of separating orgasm and ejaculation

  • How to separate orgasm from ejaculation

The process of separating orgasm from ejaculation demands time and practice. The approach is the same as building muscle at the gym or learning to play an instrument. It is critical to go step by step, not rush it, and most importantly, enjoy the journey.

This episode is about sex and sexuality as portals to expand states of consciousness and transcendence. We will look at sex and sexuality as they really are, as something much more significant than what we can experience on human level. We will also understand why most people can't experience sex and sexuality as a portal to expand their consciousness.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why experiencing sex only from a physical standpoint is an incomplete sex experience

  • Why most people can't see and experience sex and sexuality as portals to transcendence and consciousness expansion

  • Why most couples feel like they are stuck and get bored in their sexual lives

  • Why practicing sexual mastery has a positive impact on every aspect of our lives

Just as music or martial arts, sexual mastery takes time and requires effort and dedication. Practice increases awareness, attention, and intention of our erotic experiences, and at the same time our confidence in ourselves and in our abilities also grow. Practicing sexual mastery is a win-win journey of constant learning and expanding our senses.

In this episode, I talk with the lovely Martin Warrillow, who is a podcast host, blog writer, public speaker, former journalist, and stroke survivor. Martin educates people about the dangers of work stress and the increasing incidence of stroke among working-age people.

We have an inspiring conversation about resilience, overcoming difficulties, and the sex life of a stroke survivor. Martin shared details of his accident, the physical and mental recovery process, and how his sex life changed. We also talk about the possibilities of sex beyond penetration, how hard it is being a sexual partner and a carer at the same time, and Martin's iron mindset that helped him keep moving forward.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Martin Warrillow's inspiring story of resilience and bravery

  • What are the challenges that spouses of stroke survivors deal with in their sex life

  • How Martin managed to adapt his sex life to his new reality

After the accident that caused erectile dysfunction, among other physical issues, Martin focused on the things he could do, instead of those he couldn't. Looking at sex differently opened several possibilities for Martin and his wife, that they happily explored and learned to master and enjoy.

In this episode, I'll address something many men ask me about: does penis size matter? As usual, we'll use a holistic approach to the issue, thinking of sex as much more than a penis-centered interaction between two people.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Does penis size matter?

  • How to be at peace with your genitals' size and shape

  • The most important thing to consider regarding your penis size

  • Various paths to making love, being sexual and feeling pleasure

Although your penis is a gorgeous, beautiful, and valid part of who you are as a sexual being, it shouldn't be the main focus. Regardless of its size, there are plenty of ways to give and receive pleasure during sex. The way society dictates how the body and its parts should look is oppressive and confusing, and it shouldn't be considered.

Today's episode is inspired by some conversations with men who expressed their unhappiness with the size and shape of their penis, or the consistency and length of their erections. We will talk about honouring your penis, celebrating what you have, and expanding your ideas on what is possible.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The possibilities you can unlock if you learn to love your penis just as it is

  • How to create a better relationship with your penis

  • The three ways to honour your penis

Knowing that any penis is valuable and worthy regardless of its physical attributes is the first step into creating a healthy relationship with your penis. It will make you feel more confident and curious about other ways to give and receive pleasure.

In this episode, I answer a question received from a community member: should ejaculation be avoided entirely? And how many times per week can it be done without losing creative energy? Although there is not a one-size-fits-all answer to this question, we will establish some important facts about the frequency of ejaculation.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The difference between joining an anti-masturbation movement and consciously choosing what to do with our sexual energy

  • Should ejaculation be avoided entirely?

  • The questions we should ask ourselves to decide what is the best thing to do with our sexual energy

Perhaps the best way to know how often to ejaculate is to know your body and energy system. Once you understand how your energy system works, you must ask yourself what feels good, what's the best conscious choice for your body, your sexual energy, and your sexual pleasure, and then decide based on all that.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What is intimacy, and how we can get in touch with different layers of intimacy

  • What it means to establish intimacy with nature

  • How we can use meditation to intimately connect with ourselves

Experiencing intimacy doesn't require the presence of others. We can even experience it by taking a deep breath, holding the air in our lungs for a second, and exhaling in the trust that there will be another breath to take.

This Monday we will talk about the evolution of Sexual Alchemy. Since the beginning of the show, this concept has grown and evolved, and today, we will dive deep into that progression. I will share some of my recent experiences with my clients, and we will talk about the main differences I've noticed.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • The three main elements of Sexual Alchemy, and how they evolved

  • What we mean when we say Sexual Alchemy is a journey

  • The link between Sexual Alchemy and deep soul transformations

At the end of the Sexual Alchemy journey, there will be no need to hide, pretend to be something we are not, or do the things the world taught men should do. Men will get to choose what kind of a man they want to be, what they like, what makes their hearts sing, and what they feel real intimacy is.

In this episode, we will talk about sex, pleasure, intimacy, and disability. I will share a bit of my background working with people with disabilities, and how I helped them overcome the issues with their sexual lives.

We will also cover various options to enjoy sex for paralyzed people, people suffering from chronic pain, or recovering from a stroke.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • Why we keep saying that sex is much more than the use of genitals and penetration

  • How we can use our awareness and breath to generate arousal

  • What is impact play, and how it can be used by people with chronic pain

  • Why we need to consider the reasons why we want to have sex

We can raise our erotic energy, move it throughout our bodies using our awareness and our thoughts. We can switch on our sexual energy simply by squeezing our pecs, moving our hips a bit, or taking our breath to our genitals. Once we gain that awareness of our sexual energy, we can move it freely to any part of our bodies and see how it feels there.

Today's episode is an invitation to think about how modern culture influences who we are as sexual beings. I will share my experiences with Prince and the French erotic movie Betty Blue, how they molded and defined my relationship with sex, who I was as a sexual being, and what I expected from my sexual partners.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How what we consume can influence our ideas of what sex is

  • My memories of a Prince concert, and how I felt he gave me permission to be who I wanted to be sexually

  • How Betty Blue helped me increase my perception of the importance of honoring our bodies

The internet gives us access to unlimited content of all kinds. It would be interesting to pay attention to what, from all the things we consume daily, is influencing our sexual life the most. And also, to look back and try to think about what attitudes and behaviors we have today are a product of something we saw earlier in our life.

In this episode of our series about conscious ejaculation, we will talk about delayed ejaculation. We will define what delayed ejaculation is, its causes and symptoms, and then I will share some tips that can help you deal with delayed ejaculation.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What is delayed ejaculation, and what can cause it

  • What the symptoms of delayed ejaculation are, and how to minimise them

  • How awareness can help us deal with conscious ejaculation

  • How to identify habits, unconscious thoughts and beliefs that affect us, and find the tools to work on them

Although premature and delayed ejaculation are the exact opposites, the root and the solution to both problems can be the same; childhood trauma, shame, or the incapacity to let go might cause them. In both cases, awareness is vital for solving these problems.

Today, we will talk about learning to love your genitals. This episode is directed at cisgender men, identified as male with penis and testicles from birth. We will understand why it is essential to love your genitals, and we will analyze the socially imposed shame and guilt around having a penis. I will also share a simple and effective exercise to get into a loving relationship with your penis, testicles, and prostate.

  • The importance of having a loving connection with your genitals

  • A simple exercise to generate a loving bond with your genitalia

  • Why it’s important what you think about your penis and testicles

  • How a negative relationship with our genitals affects your sexuality and why

Many men call their genitalia "down there," avoiding common words like penis, cock, or testicles. There are big chances that if we feel ashamed of our genitals, we bring that into love making situations, reinforcing that shame. We must find a word we feel comfortable using to name our genitals, and embrace it to generate a healthy relationship.

In this episode, we will expand our ideas of what sex is. We will go through the elements that need to be present in a sexual relationship, the different ways to have an orgasm, the different types of orgasms, and what we can do with our sexual energy.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • What we are taught about sex, and what can we learn beyond that

  • What we need in order to have a whole sexual experience

  • The different purposes we can use our sexual energy for

Contrary to what most of us were taught, sex is much more than penetration. It doesn't require an erection, an orgasm, or a partner. We only need to open our minds, get curious, raise our sexual energy, and find out where it wants to go, or how it wants to play.

In this episode, we will discuss the importance of clearing fear, shame, and conditioning out of our body and energy system. We will explore what happens to our bodies when we don't process emotions or feelings and how that can make it more challenging to connect with who-we-really-are.

Today, we will dive deep into how body posture affects our state of being, our mental/emotional state and even how we feel about ourselves. We will try an experiment to explore and understand better how our body posture affects us. We will also try two simple exercises to change our state of mind, and boost our confidence in only two minutes.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

  • How confident and unconfident body language affects your body chemistry

  • How we can reverse-engineer body language and use it in our favour

  • The costume shop exercise

  • How to raise testosterone and lower cortisol at the same time - and why that’s helpful

  • The importance of using our body with awareness

When we don't feel confident, we pull our body inwards, we shrink, make ourselves smaller . When we feel confident, we tend to sit or stand up a bit taller, hold our head up, our shoulders back and down. As our body language changes, our body chemistry changes and we can tap into this for all kinds of magic, both erotic and non-erotic.

Today we are diving deep into one of the most misleading narratives ever created - how to be a ‘real man’. We will talk about what stories men carry around, about what they are ‘supposed to do’, and what they must avoid at all cost if they want to be considered ‘real men’.

In This Episode You Will Learn:

  • Becoming aware of how we are conditioned about what it means to be a man in this world

  • Asking ourselves where we’ve got the idea of what it means to be a real man

  • Why we need to focus on the uniqueness of every human being

  • The ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ ways of being a man

  • The risks and possible pitfalls of seeking external validation

For generations, men have been taught to be disconnected from their feelings. From an early age, boys learn that real men are expected to be ‘strong’, unemotional, leaders or providers. And all that couldn't be further from the truth - there is no right or wrong way of being a man. You are perfect just as you are.

This podcast is for men in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond who want to explore and embrace profound confidence, intimacy, pleasure and connection.

I'm Rebecca Lowrie, and I will share with you ideas, practices and resources to help you grow your understanding and experience of who you are as a sexual being.

This is a safe, loving, and non-judgmental space where we will explore what it means to know yourself as a confident, expansive and masterful lover. Discover how to own and express all of who you are, including your beautiful sexuality and masculinity.

My wish is to help men be more present and self-aware, connected with their bodies and intuition, free from shame, fear and conditioning, and beautifully open-hearted.

Every week, we will tap into your sensual, sexual self, and I will help you learn how to express that in your life. I'll guide you through ancient and innovative practices that will help you expand your ideas about sex, sexuality, sexual energy and who you are as a sexual being.

I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery, love, acceptance, and a deepening understanding of who you are as a fully expressed sexual man.
