Today's guest is none other than Damari (Perez) Gold! Not only is she the CEO and founder of The Gold Standard Tax and Accounting Firm, but she is also a first-generation Mexican-American female entrepreneur and money mindset guru!

Growing up in East Los Angeles, California, Damari became money conscious very early on in her life. She faced hardships and struggles due to lack of money and ultimately lack of understanding money; so she decided to change the narrative for herself about finances.

Starting as an intern, Damari began educating herself on the money game, in order to give herself and her children a better life.

Now, here she is, more than 10 years and 3 college degrees later standing as an advocate for women all over who are in the same position she was once in. What started out as a strategy to get herself out of debt and solve her own money problems, has now turned into a passion project to empower and educate women on financial literacy.
