Jenny Young, founder of Brooklyn Robot Foundry, had an atypical upbringing. Hers was a childhood filled with exotic, behind the scenes ‘how’s it done or made’ adventures. Failure was encouraged, applauded and even fun for Jenny. It was all about the process of exploration, building and making rather than perfection. Seems seeing failure as fun is a vital ingredient to being a mechanical engineer and robot designer and builder.
