For over 30 years Brenda has helped people develop skills of connection, empathy, authentic expression, and deep awareness. She has led Non-violent communication workshops and classes since 2009. She founded HoustonNVC.org, a non-profit that supports NVC in Houston, Texas and worldwide and has been awarded the local Peacemaker award for 37 years of peace education and advocacy by The Houston Peace and Justice Center.
