Growing up in Adrossan, he came through the ranks to make the AFL in 2007 when he was recruited by Carlton, he takes us through playing with the Blues, coming across to Adelaide where he instantly established himself as the number one ruckman for nine years and finally shifting across to Sydney for one season.

He touches on the tragic passing of Adelaide Crows senior coach Phil Walsh in 2015 and also his brother Aaron in 2017, the 2017 Grand Final loss, the much-talked about 2018 pre-season camp as well as the crazy COVID-19 impacted 2020 season.
