I cannot tell you how many times I felt like I was not succeeding- not necessarily by someone else's standard but my own. - We can be our own worst Judge demeaning ourselves while others may witness us in a more positive light.

I was the person who put herself down first before others could and I was the one convincing everyone of my lack of ability. Until recently I saw the negative in a situation not the positive and yet I am the cheerleader for others pointing out their victories!

It is never too late to tri- running, swimming, painting, dancing, whatever floats your boat- I have learned success is based on giving it all our effort and failure is a learning tool that will allow use yet another chance to do IT better.
