When Lumon, a widely known company, develops a voluntary medical procedure to sever the memories of their employees, it seems to work to great success as employees would enter and exit work with no recollection of the events that had occurred. Yet, all is not as it seems and the people of Lumon begin to uncover the secrets of the organization they work for both internally and externally.
