Laura is a massage therapist and bodyworker, new yoga teacher of Hatha and Vinyasa, certified since last week in Embodiment Yoga Principal! On the journey to become an embodiment coach - she has a bachelor in psychology too. A fellow eternal student!!! She is a gypsy soul who has such contagious energy!!!   Humans, embodiment, body, psychology, how all parts of ourselves interact and how it makes us show up in everyday life is her fascination.  As an immigrant from France to Canada and ex nomad she loves to observe the cultural differences too!
