This week Kevin and I discuss several things we and many couples do in their marriages that aren't healthy.  Some of these we did without realizing how destructive they were.  Once we gained awareness of them we had leverage and could begin to change. The marriage killers we came up with are defensiveness, the need to be right, resentment, possessiveness, criticism, unrealistic expectations, control, nagging, lying, money, withholding affection, no goals or plans.  I am sure there are many we missed but this is a start.  This week focus on one thing that you are doing in your marriage that could be hurting it. As you become aware you can begin to correct your behavior and your marriage will begin to become healthier and stronger.
