How should we love Christ? Christ deserves an obedient and all-consuming love. When we look at some of the prominent New Testament figures such as Mary Magdalene, Peter, and John the Beloved Disciple, we see how to love Jesus and some of the things that hinder our love for Him. Mary Magdalene ran. Peter ran. The other disciple ran. Just like little kids, they didn’t care what anyone thought of them. They ran because their loved one was missing. Would you have done that?
