S1.E123. TGIF. Work has been easy this is gonna be a short one! The wife manage to complete 5.3km today! SOOOO proud of her. Probably her first time in her life, clocking at 34 mins! Amazing. Hopefully we can do 4 rounds which is 10.6km one day! Working towards it! Cold noodles was probably a 6/10? Glad she liked it!
