Dr. Nicole Fredricks Jackson is a leadership and career growth strategist who

helps lawyers and mid-level ambitious career women create a harmonious

relationship between work and their personal life. Using her doctorate in

educational leadership, an executive coaching certification, and her

LEAD’R™ Coaching Method, she equips other high achieving professionals

who seek to create career excellence, fulfillment, and balance.

Nicole defines leadership as the ability to lead yourself so you can make the

impact you want in your life, your career, and upon those who matter most

to you.

She spent 20+ years working in law and higher education. She worked as a

prosecutor for 10 years and then joined the University of St. Thomas School

of Law in Minneapolis, where she helped hundreds of professionals navigate

their career and leadership trajectories. Upon completing her doctorate in

leadership, she knew that she wanted to work side-by-side with other high

achieving, career-oriented people. She knows the challenges they face to

create harmony between their personal and professional life, so it is her

mission is to help them own their ambition without burnout.

Nicole offers LEAD’R 1:1 Coaching, as well as the LEAD’R Book Club for those

interested in taking a deep dive into leadership and personal development

books alongside other career driven women. She also hosts a yearly Ultimate

LEAD’R Experience, a retreat for women who feel pulled in a million

directions and need time and space to recharge and add tools that can help

them create a life and career by design rather than by default.
