Hey There!

Often times, I am asked "what is a sex coach" or some variations accompanied by a look of shook and curiosity!  It's actually quite interesting to see unfold.  In this episode, I share a recent lunch time chat that I did on FB and IG live to share what a sexuality coach is and isn't, what areas fall under sexuality coaching, and how we differ from sex therapists.
