my 16th birthday episode, i felt its so special because its the year i started podcasting , so dive in to some appreciation , q/a , happy things and party with music !!
if you are you , then thats cool, and that way life becomes more fun and less boring , im just talking about certain things we can do to enjoy uncaring of what they say
we usually dont like saying no , we feel it'll make the other person feel denied or rejected but that aint true . its okay to say no
we have all felt jealous at some point in our lives , inclusion of our childhood life. so yeah lets look into the different aspects of jealousy and the kinds of phases it takes place.
so we all know that "study" is legit the most stressful thing to do and we cannot always do our best sometimes , so i tried few motivational ways to get studying with interest , i cant assure good grades but yes it helps :)
these 3 changes are really simple and for teens out there like me , who are just starting and trying to get better at their schedules , these ways may or may not be the first step to play a major change but lets give it a try? trust me last week was kinda good.
