What do you do when you recognize that you might be undermining your own spiritula growth because things aren't going your way? Do you keep pushing or do you stop and reevaluate? I would like to tell you that I've stopped every time this has happened (because yes, it's happned more than once), but no, every time I kept puhing fully knowing I was rushing towards auto-distruction....
