Short term rentals are the bane of some neighbors, and the lifeblood to some families. They are also a huge corporate business now, and they're coming back to unincorporated Clark County.   Last year, state lawmakers passed a law forcing Clark County to regulate short-term rentals. Before the law, the county had banned them outright. They now have until July 1st to figure out how they’ll do it. Commissioners have until July 1st to figure out a game plan.
