James Thuo Gathii is one of Kenya's most distinguished professors of law and a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Nairobi. He is a leading expert in African constitutionalism, international trade law, and human rights. James currently sits on the board of the Journal of International Trade Law and Policy and is the Wing-Tat Lee Chair in International Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
