'Can I still tear up the dancefloor without alcohol?' That was Hame's first worry when he decided to give up booze. And he is not alone... The dancefloor is a very different place when you are sober compared to when you were drunk. Alcohol was always an effective way to release your inhibitions. Without it you feel a little more aware, a little less sexy and considerably more awkward. Also dancing for hours is bloody tiring without alcohol. (Although that might just because we are both parents now!) Dancing can go from something that you loved to do with all your mates to a place of huge discomfort and social anxiety. In this week's Hame and Vic will share their experiences of dancing with and without alcohol. The good, bad and the ugly. We hope that you can learn a thing or two from our mishaps and approach the dancefloor with the same energy, enthusiasm, swagger and confidence that you did when you were drinking!
