On Thursday evening a fire broke out at a Shul in the Canaan neighborhood of Tzfas.

Four firefighting crews from the Galil-Golan fire station rushed to the scene, and found a fire raging inside the Shul. Jumping into action, the firefighters entered the Shul, made sure all Mispalilim made it out safely, and rescued the Shul’s Sifrei Torah.

Baruch Hashem the firefighters were able to rescue the Sifrei Torah undamaged, and the fire is now under control.
