Founder Michaela Smith joins me today to share her journey in starting Karma Koaches - an online platform that joins together coaches and clients from across the country.

In truth, this is Michaela's second successful journey into business. Many years ago, she founded and ran a dog walking service. During that time, she learned many lessons about running your own business however, more so about the human spirit and how we, as unique beings respond to each other and the assumptions we make about our 4 legged friends.

She took those learnings and transitioned them into the coaching world. Having a great understanding of technology platforms and trying on different ideas around business concepts - landed on Karma Koaches.
