Scripture: John 8:48-59, Pastor Rhode marries the idea of Pure Grace with Pure and Holy Lives. As Luther says in the Catechism, God's name is hallowed when taught in truth and when we live according to it. We are called to be holy as God is holy, which is only possible through God's Holy name which he has crowned us with in Holy Baptism.
