Scripture: Philippians 3:8-14, We are a people obsessed with the past. Preserving every good moment so that it lives on forever. But in our obsession we also immortalize our failures, our faults, and our sin. It is here we dwell and on account of this we lose sight of the present mercies that God gives to us daily. God has forgotten our past sin and calls us to do the same so that we may dwell presently and eternally with him.
