Scripture: Psalm 102, We live in a broken and afflicted world and are often consumed by our pain. Crying out about our "1st Person" problems: my affliction, my trouble, my heartache, my pain. But, as in Psalm 102, we take heart in our "2nd Person" Joys: You, O God, are our help, you hear our cry, you call us, you won us, and by your affliction I am saved from my troubles and affliction.
