Scripture: John 19:31-42, This is a day of burdens. It is black Friday that we call Good Friday. We feel the burden of our sin. Our Savior, the Son of God, hangs upon a tree, and His lifeblood drains down the wood and stains the ground. His blood instead of ours - this is a day of burdens. Jesus, carries our sins and pays our price and gives His life for ours. On this Good Friday we look upon the tree and see our sins laid upon the Holy One and we see our salvation. The apostle John saw first hand, an eye-witness at the cross and testified to this fact.
