Scripture: John 19:30, It is all truly finished in Christ. The curses of creation find their end on the cross. Thorns crown the head of Christ, the woman is pained over her child, and the tree that brought death brings death once again. Yet in death, all these are conquered and are no more because death could not hold Jesus and neither do they hold us anymore. We are freed to live in the new creation now and to come.
