Scripture: Matthew 13:44-52, What must we do to inherit eternal life? The truth is, even though we ask the question, whatever is said, we don't want to do it and we won't do it. Sell everything? Absolutely not! Our nature won't allow it, which is why Christ is the one who had to sell everything, lay down his own life, that he might redeem us. Purchased and won from evil, we are transformed into God's treasured possession.
