Today Mike and Jack are talking with Carson Hess, Carson's experience ranges from working as a project engineer on federally-funded light rail transit projects in Denver and Boston to co-founding a real estate technology firm, Development AI. Development AI is a platform that helps real estate investors unlock value add through zoning and conduct extensive research and direct-to-seller outreach campaigns. As a project engineer on the Green Line Extension in Somerville, MA, Carson was responsible for project-wide coordination for a roughly $130MM scope. Carson also served as the President of the Northeast Region of Engineers Without Borders-USA from 2019-2020, having previously served as the State Representative for Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the President of the Boston Professional Chapter.
