Jack and Mike are joined by Gordon Thornton, owner of 603 Properties. Gordon started his real estate journey in 2002 with many failures along the way until he finally committed to the life that he wanted to create for his family and himself.
He went full time again into Real Estate Investing in 2018 and hasn't looked back. 603 Properties specialize in Fix and Flip projects that are 1-4 units in size. They completed 28 buildings last year and is on track to double that number this year.
Owner of a 5 bedroom rooming house in Hudson, NH which also serves as his office and storage space. Gordon recently started a coaching platform where he is helping beginner and seasoned investors grow their business and tackle their fears.
