We all miss our ‘me time’ at the gym. ⁣

Those set of different dumbbells. ⁣

Those benches. ⁣

Those plates. ⁣

The sound of the plates during Deadlifts.⁣

That scream when you are about to hit your ‘1 REP MAX’. ⁣

We all miss that zone. ⁣

We can never match the intensity and the fun that our happy place gave us. ⁣

But, we need to adapt to the new normal. ⁣

A lot of people I coach, tell me that they miss working out at the gym. ⁣

I agree. ⁣

Me too. ⁣

We all do. ⁣

But we just cannot sit and not do anything. ⁣

Pick up a sport if you would like to. ⁣

Any sport. ⁣

@got2bshree finds his happy time by lifting, bodyweight training, and resistance band workouts. ⁣

@niketapurandare has got a new cycle and she’s making the most of it along with her home workouts. ⁣

@digvijaykarpe trains on his terrace and goes for walk/run etc. ⁣

@munmunsharma24 goes for a 5k run and kills it every day. ⁣

@parularora90 kills her workout and 10k+ steps every single day. ⁣

@lodha.chirayu got his set of dumbbells and is blasting his workout on his terrace.⁣

@jainekant waited long enough for his dumbbells and now is destroying each set with madness.⁣

@bhatia79neelu was injured since Feb and now is back to the grind with her gym setup, killing it every day.

Why am I telling you all this?⁣

Because these are the people who are making it happen with their actions.⁣

We all need to adapt to the new environment. ⁣

Gyms are always there, and will always be our playground when they’ll open. ⁣

Pick up a dumbbell, ⁣

Or a resistance band,⁣

And start the grind. ⁣

PVC weights.⁣

Metal weights. ⁣

Iron weights.⁣

Buy anything that fits your budget.⁣

Do it. ⁣

Doing something is always better than not doing anything at all. ⁣

Move, you are not a tree. ⁣
