Play Like a Champion Today is the team motto or slogan for the Oklahoma Sooner Football team. It is has been in their lockerroom since the late 40's.

Every game the team hits a sign with "Play Like a Champion Today" on it. I would always hit the word Today. This sign and tradition meant a lot to me and the team.

Do you lead a team? Does your team have a vision statement? Do you know where you're taking the team you lead? How are you going to get there?

A father, coach, husband, the leader must be the lead scout/visionary for the team/family. The scout looks ahead of the group and finds the best direction for the team. Does your team know the expectations? Do you have a process to achieve your goals, your vision?
