As a leader you must be able to answer to those you are responsible for: where are we going and how are we going to get there.

A key responsibility of fatherhood is to model noble, authentic, biblical manhood. Our culture is dealing with a manhood crisis because fathers at home aren't modeling manhood.

So as a man, husband, father, leader, coach: Know your responsibilities and so them with all your might. Do them better than anyone else.
