Commitment is your emotional and spiritual tie to something, someone, or a team.

My greatest commitment to anyone here on this earth is to my wife. But what is above that is my commitment to God, my Lord and Savior.

To lead a team requires your utmost commitment to the betterment of the team. A noncommittal leader is a false figure head. They are only pretending to lead. A coach must be committed to the job he has not always looking at whats available. Take care of your responsibilities as a leader well and new opportunities will come to you.

An athlete only committed in-season will only be disappointed. An athlete committed to improving in the off-season will be a goal achiever. A great coach helps his athletes see why commitment is so important not just as an individual but also to the team.

We need men committed to improving their marriage and their family. Pour yourselves out and into your kids. They should know by both word and deed that Dad loves and cares for me.
