April 6, 2020 was a whirlwind of executive orders, supreme court decisions, and lawsuits, as the various branches of both Wisconsin and the Federal government tried to grapple with the imminent commencement of elections in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic.
While many headlines have been written about the motivations of the parties involved, piecing together just what happened, how, and what role the law should play in all of this...takes some doing. This definitely won't be controversial at all.
