It's been a long time since I've felt "normal". After nearly 20 years taking anti depressants I am about to do something I've never done before. I'm going to talk to a therapist. By creating this podcast I am hoping to be a part of society that is helping to break down the stigma associated with mental health and hopefully encourage others to ask for help.
