Leon Neon was a short-lived glow-in-dark toy that was released in 1986 by Mattel. While not a huge hit, it had an ad campaign and cereal premium that made it very memorable. It also unleashed glow-in-the-dark tubing as a toy, a toy still sold today. So while they might not sell this brand, in some way Leon Neon continues to shine.
