At The Silver Eye, the party meets Antola Pilark, High Druid of Alaron. She asks them to engage a hobgoblin named Bulak who has some magical sway over other goblins. They become fierce and loyal to him.

On the way there, they find two factions skirmishing. They are all ultimately slain. The party sets a scene to try to lure one goblin tribe into a parlay. They agree to meet at Bulark's Lair at dawn on the 8th of Ches for a confrontation.
