We have all experienced the (sometimes excruciating) gap between praying, and receiving an answer to our prayers.

It can feel like God doesn’t know how important this is to us, and we can get frustrated.

Over this Easter weekend there is a very similar analogy that really helps us to see the Truth that God’s answer is always on time.

𝐎𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝.

It looked like a complete loss and a victory for the enemy. The disciples were distraught, grieving, confused, angry, scared… and they didn’t know what to do next.

On Saturday – nothing. Quiet. No answers. No victory. Sitting with the loss of all that they had put their hopes in. Jesus was gone and they felt alone.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲.

The ‘answer’ to their situation came in a way that they never would have suspected.

𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝!

...and equipped them to continue the work that they had seen Him do. And victory was assured not only for them, but for all of mankind.

Mind blown…
