You know when you are feeling brave and you just go ahead and do something?  

Well, this one time in Mexico, I was feeling brave (and maybe a little bit reckless) and I sent a message that brought up feelings of fear and trepidation and that ended with feelings of joy, liberation and empowerment.

All the feelings - and it feels amazing!
